Indulge in a delicious canape or two over a card game with the kids, as you watch the sunset. They have daily specials on drinks and you can also stay for dinner in their award winning restaurant. There’s a pool too if the little ones need a quick dip.

This is one of the top spots in Phuket and located on the popular Patong beach where you will get one amazing view. Watch the sun setting over the Andaman sea with a cocktail in hand and a mocktail for the kids. The open-air bar offers one of the most stunning views in Phuket. Get there early when the vibe and tunes are more chilled, and the kids can enjoy a good feed after a day in the sun.

This is the highest bar in Patong, so you’ll get an amazing view of the town below, as well as the ocean in front. It gets busy later on, so come early, enjoy a drink or two, then head into town for a leisurely dinner. They have a restaurant here, but it’s a bit high-end (just FYI). We’d come here for a date night or celebratory meal.

This hilltop retreat offers stunning views of the Andaman sea. And as the name suggests, you get a true 360-degree view of the ocean and mountains. At sunset, there’s a show, which will entertain the kids for a few minutes at least. Order one of their specialty cocktails and some nibbles before heading out for dinner. It’s located within the Phuket Pavilions Resort.

Joe’s is one of the most famous sunset bars in Phuket. One of Phuket’s most popular restaurants for lunch, sunset cocktails, dinner or late night drinks, Joe’s Downstairs is located right on the water with breathtaking views of Kalim Bay. Order the kids a burger and you a glass of wine as you watch the sun setting on the ocean.

The surface bar is conveniently located in Patong. Since its renovation, this has become a top spot for sunset watching. There’s two restaurants to choose from as well. The head chef comes from the neighboring Hilton Hotel. Make sure you try his salmon with turmeric and fresh herbs - delicious. They have a perspex wall, perfect for little noses to be glued to as the kids watch the sunset and life below.

Sala is an upscale bar and restaurant, in a luxury resort. Here the kids can snuggle into comfy loungers and watch the sunset as you indulge in a cocktail. The beach bar is the perfect place for you all to relax and unwind. Set on the side of the beach, the kids have room to run around, as you indulge in a light snack and cold drink. There’s a pool too in case they need to burn off more energy or chill out after a long day.
Located in the Paresa Resort, the Diavolo offers some amazing views of the sun setting over the Andaman sea. Enjoy spectacular ocean views as you enjoy one of their signature cocktails, and the kids can indulge in a fresh juice at the bar. This is a comfy bar and restaurant, so stay for dinner and relax and unwind with the kids.
