John Hardy’s collection is filled with necklaces, pendants, rings, and bracelets made from sterling silver and yellow gold and featuring a multitude of colored stones and diamonds. What’s unique about the global brand is that the collections are almost entirely crafted by talented Balinese craftspeople that use traditional Balinese jewelry-making techniques and patterns mixed with a touch of modernity. For children, John Hardy offers a world of earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and pendants featuring cute hearts, bunnies, butterflies, and little dragons that perfectly suit the sunny spirit of kids.
If you want to see how the pieces are made, from casting right through to polishing, you can join a quick tour of the workshop. Visit the green-friendly workshop and showroom, which is tucked away amid rice fields a 20-minute drive from Ubud or a 30 minutes drive from Sanur. Appointments only.
