A visit to POD Chocolate Factory in Badung is an exciting outing for parents and kids! This unforgettable experience allows you to discover together the process of making chocolate from A to Z, in a beautiful setting.
* Farm and Factory Tour. The tour begins with a farm visit where you’ll get the chance to see the beautiful cocoa flower and how the cocoa is grown, sample the fruit directly from the tree, and taste cocoa nibs. Then at the factory, POD chocolatiers will give you a basic introduction to making chocolate and pralines. Your little ones will for sure enjoy looking up close at tempering and watching the flavored chocolate being made before their eyes.
* Chocolate Tasting. Now for the best part…the tasting session! White, dark, extra dark, peppermint or orange…all the flavors here are real treats!
* Get Creative Kids! At POD’s mini-class, kids get to break that cardinal rule “don’t play with your food!” It’s their turn to make their own chocolate bites from high-quality dark chocolate plus a dozen of different delectable toppings such as hazelnuts, almonds, coconut, and candies! At the end of the class, every child will take home a bag crammed full of their own yummy handmade chocs!
