Secret Temple And Beach, Hike, Dine Day Trip In Clearwater Bay

Sweet sunshine! For those familiar with Clearwater Bay, this slice of paradise has a lot of perks from parks to beaches to hiking trails. Just alongside the entrance to Clearwater Bay Country Club, there is a short trail that takes you to a temple to explore, a scooter-friendly play area, a beach, a pier, and picnic spots a plenty.
To get there, you can take a taxi or park your car at the entrance of the country club, find the signs pointing toward the Tin Hau Temple, Joss House Bay on the right, stroll down for about 5 minutes (stroller-friendly for the most part), and head down the stairs toward the beach. You can’t miss the gorgeous temple which is always a favorite with the kiddos. Be sure to bring strollers and bikes as the huge concrete slab overlooking the water is the perfect spot to cruise car-free. You can also relax on the beach or fish off the pier. Go on now!

By Taxi: Tell them Clearwater Bay Country Club and exit at the entrance.
By Car: Park in front of entrance to Clearwater Bay Country Club as there are a few spots.
Entrance can be accessed on the right of the entrance to Clearwater Bay Country Club. Follow the concrete trail down to the temple and beach.
