For those running businesses, COVID-19 proved to be a tricky time to navigate HR. Inspiring teams and inspiring ones ownself via this new hybrid work set-up was particularly challenging.
Pathfolk was developed to help individuals and businesses re-align to what matters combing a personal and career-based approach. Pathfolk was founded by superstar Molly Leis Cornelius, a former NYC corporate marketer turned brand and business development consultant. A long-term wellness advocate, certified in mental health first aid and yoga teachers, she’s evolving her consulting to include company wellbeing workshops. Team Little Steps Asia recently took one of Molly’s Corporate Wellbeing programs and it truly helped the team reconnect with themselves and the general mission at Little Steps Asia!
