The brainchild of native Hong Kong gourmands, LucAle links the names and the culinary experience of two renowned kitchens and those who headed them – Alessandro Angelini of Kowloon Shangri-La’s Angelini and Luca De Berardinis of Nicholini’s at the Conrad Hong Kong.
Combining their expertise in Italian fine-dining with a love for local goodness, you can look forward to fresh Italian flavors, ingredients, and cuisines in a quaint, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. Among the homemade pasta is their mouth-watering Gnocci Di Patate, light potato-filled pasta parcels that are handmade each day, ensuring 100% freshness. Ingredients like Pachino tomatoes are imported straight from Sicily, while the wine list features organic, biodynamic, small-batch pours hand-picked from their favorite Italian vineyards.
