Hot off the press! Salisterra is officially opening on April 17. This immaculately designed Mediterranean restaurant is taking center stage on the 49th floor of the Upper House Hotel. The concept is a collaboration between UK-based Michelin Starred Chef, Jun Tanaka, and Hong Kong architect, André Fu. Jun Tanaka has over 20 years’ experience working in London’s top restaurants, including his own The Ninth. Tanaka loves creating simple yet refined dishes with the finest ingredients.
Salisterra gets its name from the Latin words “salis” for salt and “terra” earth. The menu has been created with inspiration from the coastal flavors of both France and Italy. In keeping with the Mediterranean ethos, expect to enjoy vibrant flavors with excellent wine and great company within the warmth and comfort of a neighborhood bistro. André Fu has added his impeccable style through warm earthy tones with understated elegance. Expect to experience warm and personalized service from the amazing team at Salisterra and Upper House. Taking over from Café Grey Deluxe is a great challenge, and the team behind Salisterra is ready for it.
Wonderful date night option for those looking for a warm and friendly restaurant, high in the clouds.
Lovers of great food, wine and design.
