Offering unsurpassed views across Silvermine Bay and just a short walk from the Mui Wo ferry pier, China Beach Club sits nestled amidst lush vegetation in a traditional village house at the far end of Silvermine Beach. Comfort food comprises the mainly Mediterranean and grill menu with hearty portions of lasagne, moussaka, fish and chips, and roast chicken, as well as favorites such as Thai Green Curry. The chili-cheese garlic bread must not be missed!
Families love this restaurant for a few reasons – the seaside views, the yummy food, the wine and beer options, and the chill vibe. You can sit alfresco and there are high chairs for the kids. For more fun, you can rent bikes in Mui Wo on arrival and bike over to the restaurants. The kids can run around on the bikes downstairs while waiting for the food and play on the beach directly in front of the restaurant. It’s a real treat and can also cater to large groups!
The first floor balcony setting is the perfect location from which to unwind overlooking the ocean and enjoy hearty food and a cold beer or two after a long week or a challenging Lantau hike.
Weekend adventurers in need of a good feed after enjoying Lantau’s great outdoors.
China Beach Club is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 9pm and is pet-friendly.
