The modern and inviting dining room with expansive wrap-around windows in the midst of the bustle of Wan Chai is casual yet sophisticated and perfect for people-watching. Indulge in El Taquero’s signature Trompo Al Pastor tacos, with slow-roasted, marinated pork sliced hot onto fresh house-made tortillas, all made using their traditional vertical spit, known as the “trompo,” ensuring rich flavor. El Taquero offers a variety of flavorful dishes perfect for sharing. Taco options include Fish Sayulita with crispy mahi-mahi, Chapulines with crispy Mexican grasshoppers, and Nopales with preserved cactus slices. The menu also includes a selection of freshly made salsas and must-try dishes like Tamales, Tuna Tostadas, Chicken Enchiladas, and Ceviche Punta de Mita.
