Music: Performances From International & Local Artists At Clockenflap 2024
Clockenflap 2024This year's impressive lineup features rock icon Jack White, who will headline Sunday night, alongside legendary French electronic duo Air, set to deliver a mesmerizing performance on Friday. Also joining the lineup are critically acclaimed singer-songwriter St. Vincent, trailblazing UK DJ Jamie xx, and British pop-rockers Glass Animals, known for their viral hit Heat Waves. Arts & Family-Friendly Experiences At Clockenflap 2024
Clockenflap 2024Enhancing the vibrant music scene, Clockenflap’s arts program showcases a stunning array of visual attractions and unique experiences that captivate festival-goers. This year’s highlights include Futurescope, an immersive installation from UK-based Esthetika, featuring ever-evolving visuals by artists such as Brandon Li, Derry Ainsworth, and Max Hattler. Another standout is The Origin, a dynamic mobile DJ booth and art installation by Screw Up Studio and renowned designer Matt Hui Yip Long, with DJ Diamond spinning electrifying tracks. Festival attendees will also marvel at the Hello Hong Kong Balloon Chain, an impressive 800-meter-long structure that creates a striking skyline view. Additional artistic elements include flowing canopies adorned with beautiful artworks by Alchemy Décor and Relentless Melt No.36, a curated collection of abstract and psychedelic films by Max Hattler and Clockenflap’s Artistic Director, Jay Hofmann-Forster.
