Looking for something more community-driven and without commitments, head to Sunday Shred, led by Jason. All levels are welcome, and there is no membership or contract. They organize weekly workouts at Tamar Park, and it's a great opportunity to meet new people and work out together. For those residing in Sai Kung and Tseung Kwan O, hit up Outdoor Fitness. They organize weekly Bootcamp and boxing sessions various times a week since 2012! They have a team of passionate and qualified instructors that will get you in shape in no time. Their sessions also come at an affordable price, starting from HK$140 for a single session or HK$1,200 for a package of 10 sessions to be used within 3 months. They also offer Zoom classes online.

What began as outdoor Strongman classes around Lamma Island and Cyberport has grown into a permanent fitness center in Sai Ying Pun. Their Bear Camp would be most similar to Bootcamp training, where you combine strength and endurance with unconventional equipment such as assault bikes, tires, sledgehammers, and more! This Bootcamp is specifically designed for the bride-to-be, and although we think all brides, no matter what shape or size, are beautiful, it is understandable, that you wish to look your very best on your big day.
