    Simple Snack Yet Packed Full Of Nutrients

    What do you need?

    • Bread Slices
    • Fruit of your choice (bananas, blueberries and strawberries are highly recommended - do mix it up if you'd like!)
    • Condensed milk/honey/peanut butter
    • Optional: granola/chia seeds

    What to do:

    • Slice your fruit into small pieces
    • Spread some condensed milk/honey/peanut butter on top (you may choose to drizzle some on top of the fruit as well)
    • Spread the fruit pieces on a slice of bread
    • Optional: add some granola bits or chia seeds on top
    • Pop it in the air fryer/toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 160 degrees

      • Optional: you can also drizzle in a bit of lemon juice
    • You can choose to lightly toast your bread or keep it as is
    • Slice up the cucumbers into thin circles (don't forget to peel it beforehand)
    • Spread the mixture onto your bread
    • Top it off with your cucumbers

    What you need:

    • Slices of bread
    • A can of tuna (best to keep it plain in flavor)
    • 1-2 pieces of shallots
    • Greek yogurt
    • Dijon mustard
    • Salt and pepper
    • Lemon juice
    • Parsley
    • Optional: celery

    What to do:

    • In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper and a sprinkle of parsley
    • Add the drained tuna
    • Add the chopped shallot
    • Optional: add finely chopped bits of celery
    • You can serve immediately by spreading it on bread or store in the fridge to use later on
