If you appreciate art and history, check out Hong Kong’s newest contemporary art space Oi! – perfect with or without the kids!
The Outside
Just walking around Oi! is worth the trip. Built-in 1908 as the clubhouse of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club, Oi!’s three buildings are of Arts & Crafts style, all beautifully restored. A large lawn dotted with mature trees tie the complex together and provide an oasis of green in otherwise densely urban North Point. There are a few outdoor art pieces on display, and best of all, the staff encourages walking on the lawn!
The Inside
Oi! is located in North Point next to the former Oil Street Art Village, Hong Kong’s first art community to have evolved organically. It’s a gorgeous space to enjoy as a family, and it’s free!
