The countdown to Christmas is officially on. With that, it’s also the season where our favorite scout elf makes its triumphant return. Now, who is this scout elf your kids may ask? He is Santa’s special helper and messenger who reports to Santa which kids did a good deed at the end of the day.
Some rules to follow: Don’t tell the kids what the elf’s plans are or else it will ruin the daily surprise of what they are tasked to do. Also, remember that the kids aren’t allowed to touch the elf to keep its magic alive!
There are a lot of different ways of using The Elf On The Shelf as a way to promote and support special life lessons and morals that your kids can learn in a unique, fun way! Read on for more Elf On The Shelf ideas that you can do at home.
You may also purchase the book that comes with the scout elf here.
