Exciting news about Taobao’s potential entry into the Hong Kong retail market is circulating. According to recent rumors, the e-commerce giant is set to open its first physical store on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Spanning an impressive 40,000 square feet, the new store aims to blend the convenience of online shopping with a tactile in-store experience.
Anticipated to launch at the end of 2024/beginning of 2025, the Taobao store is expected to offer a diverse range of competitively priced products, including furniture, clothing, and essential household items.
