The museum in Jalan Panglima allows visitors to revisit memories of their childhood, via a collection of unique everyday items dating back over seven decades. Curated by See Kok Shan, the museum is a “sister property” of the Cameron Highlands Time Tunnel. The museum mainly displays collections of items from 60s to 80s, it vows to have you walk down memory lane as you make your first step into the establishment. The space was well used with every corner having something to look at.

There’s quite a lot to see and for the ticket price of RM8.00. In fact, you can spend a good hour browsing through the artifacts displayed here. Among them are tin mining memorabilia, given the importance of tin mining in the history of Ipoh. Posted on the walls are information boards about the history of Ipoh and how tin brought prosperity to the future state capital.
