At Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa, the essence of wabi-sabi is embraced, with each piece of sushi meticulously crafted using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Japan. The restaurant’s philosophy centers on seasonal appreciation, freshness, and the art of sushi-making, with a team of chefs boasting a collective 98 years of expertise under Chef Miyakawa’s rigorous training. Guests can indulge in a dinner omakase experience featuring a seasonally rotating menu that highlights the freshest ingredients from the North Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan. The sleek open design inspired by wabi-sabi, featuring materials like Kiso Hinoki Cypress wood, enhances the dining experience, creating an intimate connection between the sushi master and guests.
