Sitting at the pinnacle of the Grand Lisboa Hotel, Robuchon au Dôme offers a truly exquisite fine-dining experience while embracing stunning views across Macau under a beautiful vaulted glass dome.
This three-Michelin-starred restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine with apparent Asian influences in a dramatic ambience. Signature dishes include caviar jelly with cauliflower cream, and seared Kagoshima beef with asparagus, black truffles and soufflé potatoes. A meal is not complete without selecting from the traditional dessert trolley – the mille-feuille Napoleon is recommended. The restaurant’s back-lit cellar contains more than 14,500 labels and is claimed to be the most extensive collection in the whole of Asia.
Want to give it a try without the large price tag? Folks in the know…go for lunch! Robuchon au Dome offers a very reasonably priced set lunch, with a choice of 3, 4 or 5 course lunches plus coffee or tea and petit fours.
Enjoy an exquisite fine dining experience which, for lunch, isn't going to break the bank.
A treat for you - leave the kids at home if you can as the restaurant doesn't provide high chairs, though older children might enjoy the fabulous views and the bread, dessert and petit fours trolleys overflowing with sumptuous delights.
Add the sommelier selection to your set lunch with options for 2, 3 and 4 glass degustations, depending on whether you have the kids in tow!
