What teamLab calls a “body immersive” museum. The new destination at The Venetian Macao is a world of artworks that blur the boundaries between the human body and art, challenging the conventional notion of the physical.’ You can find this spectacular museum in The Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo Hall F, boasting 5,000 square meters of floor space. With eight-meter-high ceilings throughout, the museum will be transformed by teamLab into a remarkably complex, three-dimensional world with varying elevations, featuring continually changing, immersive artworks. Visitors of all ages will have the chance to immerse themselves in an extraordinary art world with their loved ones. While in the museum, they will explore new, continuous relationships that transcend the boundaries between themselves and the world.

THE SCOOP:

• Floating Flower Garden: Flowers and I are of the Same Root, the Garden and I are One – 8,000 living orchids that bloom in mid-air as if floating in space.
• EN TEA HOUSE – Visitors can watch ‘Flowers Bloom in an Infinite Universe inside a Teacup’. 
• Light Sculpture – A gigantic sculptural space of light appears in the air, wriggling continuously.
• Also, Autonomous Abstraction, Continuous Phenomena from the Universe to the Self will replace the existing Life is the Light that Resonates in the Dark to give visitors an even greater surprise.

Founded in 2001, teamLab is an international art collective, an interdisciplinary group of artists, programmers, engineers, CG animators, mathematicians, and architects whose collaborative practice seeks to navigate the confluence of art, science, technology, design, and the natural world. Their main aim is to explore a new relationship between humans and nature and between people and the world through art. The group has held hugely popular exhibitions worldwide, with its stunning installations widely shared on social media.
