The hit Broadway musical which initially premiered in New York before touring the US and Asia is a brand-new production conceived by three-time Tony Award winner Jack O’Brien and features a multitalented cast.
Follow the musical adventures of Maria, as she undertakes her new posting as governess at the Von Trapp family of seven unruly children and falls in love with their father, a no-nonsense widower. The charming Maria wins all of their hearts thanks to her lighthearted approach and brings back music, song, and dance to the forlorn estate set in the beautiful Austrian countryside. All the timeless classics, from Do-Re-Mi to Edelweiss, The Hills Are Alive and of course How Do You Solve A Problem like Maria, will be performed by the wonderful cast of adult and child actors and will surely warm your hearts.
