    Another walk for nature loving families, the Sungei Buloh walking tour will take you right into the heart of Singapore’s abounding natural beauty. Sungei Buloh is a wetland reserve home to animals such as kingfishers, mudskippers and monitor lizards all year round. During the Northern hemisphere’s winter months (September to March), it also welcomes thousands of migratory birds escaping the cold to play in the warm muddy mangroves. Sungei Buloh offers a chance for the whole family to lay eyes on animals rarely seen in the concrete jungle of the city and delight in all that Tropical Wetlands have to offer. Sungei Buloh Walks run on Saturdays from 9:30am to 11am and are limited to 20 people, so be sure to register. While usually run in English, once a month the tours are offered in Mandarin or Japanese as well.
