As the name goes, Firebake, in the heart of Katong along East Coast Road, is serious when it comes to baking with their 37 tonnes of 5000-brick woodfire bread oven. Now serving up breakfast using all-natural ingredients, their breads are named The Wave, The Field, The Valley, The Rock, and ranges from white sourdough to also a sourdough fruit loaf. Our take? Have the breads slightly toasted for added crisp before you savor them with some olive oil and butter. Yum!
