Nobu Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

If you’ve heard or read about Nobu and always wanted to give the Japanese restaurant a try, you’re in luck. The famed restaurant is now open and is located at Four Seasons Hotel in Orchard Road.

Headed by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, the restaurant is also co-founded by Hollywood actor Robert De Niro, which likely explains the celebrity crowds that flock to Nobu around the world. Combining Japanese dishes with influences of South American cuisine, you can expect menu items like black cod miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, and rock shrimp tempura. For Nobu Singapore, there will also be special dishes inspired by local influences. 

The restaurant sits next to an open-air Japanese garden and bar, giving you a truly authentic and special experience.
