What’s unique about Kolabo is that there’s no fixed chef. Their line-up of chefs is ever-changing, meaning the menu doesn’t stay constant as well. But of course, all chefs are experienced and are able to create innovative and scrumptious dishes. The cuisine seems to be pretty standard as most chefs that have collaborated with and cooked at Kolabo’s home dining sessions have produced Japanese dishes. However, once in awhile they do invite chefs that specialize in other cuisines. You can check out their website for upcoming home dining sessions.

At Primateve you’ll enjoy a three hour gastronomic journey, staring with a short foraging session of wild edible plants. Then, you’ll learn how to create Thai seafood dishes using local seafood items as well as your foraged plants. At the end of the meal, enjoy an assortment of traditional Thai desserts.
