When it comes to Mediterranean restaurants, they are far and few between in Singapore. Good news for fans of this cuisine – White Marble is a new restaurant open at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, helmed by Chef Otto Weibel.
Inspired by flavors from countries such as Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East, Chef Otto Weibel will charm guests with dishes that are primarily meat, seafood, and vegetables. Start off your gastronomic experience with starters such as the Broccolini & Fine Green Beans (SG$15) or warm as in Roasted Butternut Squash (SG$12), before moving on to main dishes like the Prawn Bucatini Puttanesca (SG$28) and Lamb & Pistachio Kofta (SG$32). If you’re visiting in a group, get the sharing platters like the skewers (from SG$20) that come in a variety of options, or the Octopus (SG$36) that is served with garlic cream, fried shredded potato, pistachio, and chili oil.
With scrumptious desserts and a cozy interior to boot, While Marble is perfect for your next meal as a family or special celebration!
White Marble is conveniently located in town and is home to some of the most exquisite Mediterranean tastes we can find in Singapore.
Couples and families.
The restaurant has 80 seats in the dining room, 12 at the bar counter, and 66 at the outdoor terrace, so you can sit where you feel most comfortable!
