Fresh, cool, and fun, Bali On The Cove is a new restaurant, boutique, and co-working space at Sentosa Cove.
Bali On The Cove is the brainchild of a Sentosa resident and interior designer who found herself stuck on the Indonesian island for 7 months when the Covid pandemic began. During this time she created a network of local artisans who have small workshops across Bali and Java, producing everything from baskets, brassware, furniture, light fixtures, cushion covers, and other textiles. Everything sold in Bali On The Cove’s boutique is sourced from these local artisans.
The restaurant features fresh, healthy fare inspired by the islands with breakfast dishes such as Papaya Chia Pudding with fruits and nuts, Big Bali and Sambal (eggs, sausage, bacon, mushroom, kale, and sourdough), and Smoked Lobster Scrambled Egg on Potato Rosti. Lunch includes gourmet sandwiches and Bali Bowls – a base of quinoa, zoodles, or kale with a choice of protein and topping (think beetroot yogurt, coriander hummus, or homemade ratatouille). Mains include dishes such as Bacon Mac and Cheese, Slow Cooked Rack of Ribs, and Cauliflower Tabouleh. Kid’s menus are available, vegetarian options abound, and the fresh drinks list is extensive.
And last but not least, Bali On The Cove offers a co-working space where like-minded people can meet, work, and socialize in a fuss-free and creative environment. Rates vary from SG$800 per month for a full-time space to as low as SG$250 per month for 6 hours per week. Desks come with a 24-inch monitor, cafe and boutique discounts, printing facilities, as well as a wonderful alfresco meeting space.
The products at Bali On The Cove's boutique are gorgeous, the food is fresh and delicious, and we just love its fun island vibe!
