After thirty-six years, Maverick Mitchell returns to the United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor program (Top Gun) to train a group of younger fighter pilots for a dangerous mission. Among the graduates, he meets the son of his late best friend, Nick ‘Goose’ and Bradshaw, Lieutenant Bradley ‘Rooster’ Bradshaw (Miles Teller). During this training, Maverick will confront the ghosts of his past and his deepest fears…
