Renovated in 2019, the dog run at Jurong Lake Gardens is a 2200 square meter open space for your pups to run about. It’s open between 8am to 10pm daily, so you can bring your pet for early morning walks or night strolls, or both if they enjoy the great outdoors that much. Plus, there are also grass mounds to ensure your dogs get a bit of a workout in.

The dog run at Sembawang Park might take a short hike to get to, but it’s worth it considering it’s located atop a hill near a ship-themed playground so you and your fur friend can get stunning views of your surroundings, especially during sunset. Besides benches pet owners can sit at, there are also washrooms and water cooler facilities just a stone’s throw away.

Located in the east in the neighborhood of Simpang Bedok lies a relatively small dog run primarily catering to residents in the area, but is also open to the public. It’s caged up by the road side, so you can have peace of mind and full view of your pet as they frolic around. However, there’s no water point nearby so do remember to bring some water alongside your poop bags.

It might just be “west side, best side” for dog owners, since Clementi Woods is a dog-friendly zone with lush, green pastures inviting pups to run about without care. Featuring hills and slopes galore, explore to your heart’s content at the 4000 square meter space. There are also tables and benches that are free to use, so why not plan for picnic day to coincide with your pet day out?

Up in the north of Singapore, Yishun Park offers a triangle-shaped dog run for pups of all breeds, shapes and sizes. Follow the cement path to the area opposite the Adora Green apartments before spending a chill day together. Although water coolers are quite a distance away, the dog run’s convenient availability of 24 hours daily means you can head down even for a last minute play session.

For a dog run that combines grass and sand elements, head down to the one at Parkland Green in East Coast Park, since it’s just a short stroll away from the beach. As the largest dog run in the east, it has a huge area for multiple fur babies to run about. Your doggo can also get curious with the pet birds over at the bird perch just next door!

If you’re seeking out the largest dog run in Singapore, West Coast Park is where it’s at. Over 50 hectares, your pup will have boundless space to run about, while you and your friends can seek shelter at the nearby tables and benches. You don’t have to worry about packing up either – there are multiple water points located at the pen and even a washing booth that charges SG$10 for a thorough bath and blow so your pet will be all clean for the ride home.

Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park has not one, but two different playpens to cater to various breeds of different sizes. This way, little pups can meet similar sized friends while the big dogs get acquainted in a separate area. Pet owners can also clean up with the water taps equipped in the area, and rest at the nearby benches or even at Canopy cafe which is dog-friendly and hosts an outdoor sitting space.

Featuring a sprawling green space, Tiong Bahru Sit Wah dog run is a cozy spot for residents in the area and visitors alike. The tall trees will ensure that both you and your pup will get some shade even if the weather is hot, in between rounds of frisbee or fetch. After you’re done being active, chill out at one of the nearby animal-friendly cafes like Tiong Bahru Cafe or Flock Cafe.

If you’ve only got a short time to spare, perhaps Punggol Park’s dog run will be perfect for your stroll with your pet. The space is rather small, so you might want to consider heading down during non-peak hours as well to avoid crowds. While your pooch gets some Vitamin D, why not get active yourself by jogging or renting some skates too?
