Experts & More:  Touted as a first for Singapore, Urban Escape will be helmed by resident experts including a naturopath, a musculoskeletal specialist, a nutritionist, a doctor and gynecologist who will work in tandem to enhance clients’ overall wellbeing. The centre’s in-house gynecologist, Dr Shirin Jacob, is an advocate of natural births, and she will be on hand to impart invaluable holistic health advice to anxious new mums as well as mums-to-be up to 20 weeks into their pregnancy.

Yoga, Pilates, & Gyrokinesis:  Quality private and group yoga courses, including kids’ yoga as well as pre- and post-natal classes, will continue to be a hallmark of COMO Shambhala Urban Escape. However, if Pilates is more your thing, don’t fret as group classes in reformer Pilates and gyrokinesis; as well as private classes in gyrotonic and gyrotoner have been included in the revitalised centre’s packed schedule.
