Tanglin Centenary Building Launching In August 2022

Set to open its doors in August 2022, the 11-storey Tanglin Centenary Building will house multiple facilities to benefit the entire Tanglin community, including a new gymnastics center, 50m Olympic length pool and even a co-working space for parents!

The new building will be students’ and families’ first point of entrance when they visit the school. A highlight of the new facilities are the new Infant spaces, which are designed in calming and welcoming colours. There will also be a new infant dining hall, music facilities and multi-purpose hall.

The multi-purpose hall will be a flexible space to create events and assemblies for infants. There will also be two large music classrooms that can double up as small performance halls. The new building will be linked to the Infant School via a bridge to provide easy access for children.

Beyond the new spaces for infants, other new facilities are also being created for Tanglin parents, including viewing galleries where parents can watch their child train at the pool or at the new gymnastics center. There will also be a larger café and additional lounge areas for parents to connect with one another.

A first for an international school in Singapore, a new co-working space has also been built for parents to have short meetings or take a phone call while they wait for their children.
