Pottery has become a fun activity for all ages to attempt. Kids and adults can try their hand at shaping, molding and coning clay to make all sorts of items, from cups to bowls and trays. While many pottery studios have been opening their doors in Singapore as of late, Am I Addicted stands out from the crowd because not only are they a pottery studio, but also a Korean vegan cafe!
Emphasizing on building a community, the pottery studio within the space at Capitol Singapore has either a 1-hour wheel throwing trial class at SG$50/pax to make 1 to 2 items, or a standard 2-hour class of either wheel throwing or handbuilding technique at SG$80/pax. The classes are also taught by professional ceramists, so are guaranteed to have help on hand if needed. If you’ve already been to classes and just want to use the space and tools, the option is also available at SG$20 for 2 hours.
If you and the kiddos get hungry after your pottery session, pop into the cafe just next door to get your fill of delicious Korean fare. All the dishes are vegan, with options like Jardin Bibimbap (SG$20), Doenjang Truffle Risotto (SG$25) and Grilled Cheese Kimchi Sandwich ($16). To satisfy that sweet tooth, ice cream and beverages like the Strawberry Chung Milkshake (SG$7.90) are also up for consideration.
If you’re planning your next family day out to try something new, Am I Addicted can be at the top of your list of options!
Instead of visiting 2 separate locations to try new things, Am I Addicted combines food and activity to make things extra convenient.
Couples, families and friends who want to try something new.
There are over 130 color shades you can choose to glaze your work with!
Opening hours are 10am - 9pm daily for the pottery studio, and 11am - 9pm daily for the cafe.
