Come here if the kids need a burger and you need some great Thai food. They frequently get voted the best burgers in Phuket, and when you see the size of them you’ll see why. The patties are huge, and they are filled with delicious toppings. Little mouths might need a hand with these bad boys. The thai food is delicious and spicy, the pad thai is a firm favorite. It’s cash only too, so come prepared.

The staff here are very friendly and great with little ones. The food is amazing! Huge platters of Turkish delights are prepared for you to enjoy and share. There’s a friendly pooch at the door that will greet you with it’s wagging tail. The owner also has jewelry for sale on the wall, what’s not to love about eating and shopping at the same time! It’s about a 15 minute walk from the main resort, but well worth it as the food is just delicious.

Located opposite Istanbul Restaurant is Kataturk which is a little more high end. They have kebabs, meze platters, lamb, hummus, yoghurt dips and many more dishes the family can share. Sit inside or outside, the road doesn’t get too noisy so you can enjoy a family catch up without the hustle and bustle of the busy main street.

This is a cozy, friendly restaurant perfect for a nice meal out with kids in tow. Besides their main menu, they serve daily specials. Kids can enjoy the full menu, as they are more than happy to prepare a smaller version of any of their dishes. The menu has a Thai German touch thanks to its German owner. In the main square is an ice cream shop, beer bar and a supermarket if you need to pick anything up on the way home.

This is a small family run cafe that specializes in Thai food. Mom is in the kitchen and she’ll happily make smaller dishes for your kiddos. Be prepared to wait as it can get busy. Make sure you try their Thai dishes and don’t ask for spicy unless you really like it hot. Grab a coffee to go and walk through the stalls along the seafront of Karon.

This is a cozy, Thai, seafood and European restaurant. It is family owned and you will be welcomed with the warmest of smiles. It only seats 25 people so you might want to book ahead. Their dishes are all authentic and made on site. They have weekly specials, so make sure you check them out too.

They are a casual neighborhood restaurant, located in the heart of Karon. Their menu changes regularly based on seasonality, the mood of the kitchen and what suppliers have available. The cuisine is predominantly western but they do have some Thai dishes. They have some great food for sharing and it’s quite well known for its steaks.

Located on the main road, this is a popular place to come. Food is good, cheap and is served quickly - hungry tummies need not wait long. They will give you garlic bread as you wait and peruse the menu. It’s mostly Thai and there are some great dishes the kids will love. Make sure you order the satay and the spring rolls - delicious!

It’s pizza time! This fantastic Italian resto will have your hungry little kids happy in no time. Pizzas are huge which the kids will love and they have a wide variety of toppings. It regularly gets voted one of the best pizza places in Phuket. So, after a day at the beach, head on down for a cold drink, a slice and some fun with the family. They have yummy desserts too, if you can squeeze one in.

This beautiful alfresco resto is a great place to bring the kids. As you enjoy a cocktail they can sip on a fresh juice. It's a small place with an open bar and kitchen. Budding mini chefs can watch from their tables as the cooks prepare! The food is made fresh each day with ingredients from the local markets. Kids can try the duck pizza, as you munch on blackend tuna.
